Location: Middleburg, Clay County, FL
Clay County Farm Bureau’s commercial office on Henley Road serves local customers. Tocoi provided civil site design and permitting for the new commercial offices, including the parking lot, entrance driveway, stormwater management system, dry hydrant, and interface with the existing Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) stormwater pond on the adjacent parcel.
